1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for most products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • All tags, protective stickers, and labels must be intact and not removed or damaged.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Certain items may be exempt from returns, including:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (unless faulty)

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization:
    Once your return request is received and processed, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be included in the return package.

  3. Return Shipping:
    You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.


3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and if you received free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@watchvip.click. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and process your return or exchange as soon as possible. Refunds for defective items will include both the original purchase price and the shipping charges.


5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different model, size, or color, please contact us to arrange the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the exchange is due to a defect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.


6. Non-Returnable Items
